4 dollars 5 cents for a cold coffee in a cup that could have come out of a vending machine. That was in store not drive through. Vending machines do it better for 1.50 on a station near you.Also a female crew asked the manager "do I have to serve her?'I was surprised.I raised this only to receive an aggressive call from a female manager who told me I was making this up.If you want to masticate here sleep with the staff. Well it's a family restaurant right ?play the game families like in this town play.
Staff is always friendly. Food is freshly cooked every time I order. Thank you
Very busy as it is last day of holidays but we did manage to get what we ordered and it was hot and tasty
Went to drive through 11.58am, ordered large frozen coke, told machine was being thawed, ordered one large choc frappe and one large coffee frappe, told that they couldn't make coffee frappe as they had ran out of syrup. Are you kidding me? It's right on lunch time and the frozen coke machine is thawing and you have ran out of coffee syrup. Very poor managment, why isnt the frozen coke machine thawed during the night and why is there not ample supplies of stock on hand. Like reorder as soon as stock gets to a certain level so there is always spare on hand. Its not rocket science. We cancelled the order and drove off.
These guys are absolutely lazy and the workers are slow. I don't know who's slower the front area or the back. Waited 15 minutes for a burger meal and I didn't even get the right ingredients on it. The crew really need to pick up the speed and be retrained
