If you want a cheap stay then ok. If you want somewhere picturesque and leafy, this isnt for you. Its a donga park next to a sawmill and a building rubbish dump, making up your views. During the day the sawing noises become annoying very quickly. Theyve turned half of it into an oldies retirement village, and erected a Colorbond fence down the middle, like a pissweak Berlin Wall. Its 3.5km from town on the busy old highway in the industrial precinct , underneath the aerodrome landing approach. The tallest shade tree is 3m tall, and there are none in the tent camping area. The amenities havent been updated since the 1970s. The camp kitchen looks like a prison mess hall. Never again.

POWERED SITE; VERY CLEAN AND AMENITIES WERE GOOD
Very nice caravan park, clean, the ensuite was very very well maintained and presented very good pressure in the showers one problem very tight room when you're trying to reverse park a caravan, but I have a 24 ft caravan with draw bar and a big four-wheel drive so if you've got a smaller outfit you may not have as many problems
I liked the place. We booked a cabin and stayed there for a night. The place is really clean and quiet. The cabin was super awesome. It was well ventilated and lit. The pool wasn't clean and I didn't see anyone using it. The toilets were quite clean and dry. There are a lot of food options close by, so it's fair place to stay and enjoy for a day or two.
