One of my favourite KFC always fresh part of order missing
Benalla KFC used to be absolutely disgusting a few years back, but recently I thought they had got their act together. Until tonight when I didn't get what I ordered and the chicken in the burger I got was rubbery. Need to really get their act together by just taking a bit more care with processing their orders. The manager offered to give me what I ordered if I went back down but it would cost me more than the meal was worth to drive back there. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.Lets see what their next meal is like.
Second time in last 2 weeks ive had 2 different kfc combos and both totally disgusting my twister tonight i had to look hard to find the chicken strip and speck of salad enclosed in wrap last time I go to my home town kfc it will be maccas from now on opposite for a quick drive through take away . PICK YOUR ACT UP GUYS ITS A DISGRACE BENALLA KFC .

Chicken here is one of the best I've tried. Staff very friendly and helpful. They are the pride of Benella town. Thanks for the great service. It makes my 20mins detour from the Hume Highway worth it.
