Great park for kids. Lis of lovely gardens and green space. Plenty of shade and covered eating areas. Toilets get a bit hot and stuffy on hot days.
Nice spot for the kids. We all enjoyed the playground and the walks. The roses had withered away during the season we went but it was a nice stop for some lunch.
My kids loved the playground here and we enjoyed some time out on our roadtrip north here. Toilets and picnic tables and somewhat shady play area, was brilliant.
Always meet my son and family here glad they kept the rocket my son has great mrms of it from 30 odd years ago new playground great for kids vast improvement only fault is new toilets they need ventilation hot and styfilling in summer great job
Lovely cool place on a warm day. Playground great fun, very natural and great rocketship slide. Public loos where clean and plenty.
