Ive just received a bill from Rose City Vets in Benalla Victoria for $857.43 for an after hours call out to put 6 stitches in my horses nose. No labelling on the antibiotics, no syringes and one needle. Ive dealt with a lot of vets in my life, including A.I. and Embryo transferring bills - I know what a vet bill is like. I have never queried a bill before. I think this bill is excessive and I would suggest getting a quote before using this vet.
